WALK-IN MEDICAL CARE
You must meet the following criteria to be seen in the medical clinic:
- Under 30 years of age and,
- Homeless (including couch surfing, transitional housing/shelter, camping, traveling with no fixed home, and living with parents or guardians, or
- Current patient (seen by Outside In providers in the last two years)
If you don’t meet the above criteria, please contact the Coalition of Community Clinics to find medical resources.
Helpful Information
- Priority is given to those who are under 21 and homeless.
- We recommend checking-in at the beginning of the shift. The clinic is typically full within 2 hours of opening.
- All visits are on a sliding scale based on income. We have a $10 minimum fee. No one is refused for inability to pay.
- Some medication and lab work are provided.

Naturopathic and Western visits, urgent care, chronic care, primary care, and family planning:
Monday: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm
8:30 am check-in recommended
Tuesday: noon to 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm

Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
8:30 am check-in recommended
Friday: noon to 5:00 pm

Pharmacy Hours
Our pharmacy is accessible to current Outside In patients with physician referral.
Monday through Thursday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tattoo Removal: Appointment Only

Acupuncture: Appointment Only
For an acupuncture appointment, please walk in to schedule, or call 503.535.3890 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm or between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Cost is based on a sliding scale, and the herbs and medications are free of charge.
Syringe Exchange: Walk-In Only
